Welcome to Steve Tuttle's Breakthough Bike Challenge Fund Raising Page
On September 17th, 2017 I will be riding 60 miles as part of "Team Beam of Life" to raise money for the ongoing research and educational missions of the Abramson Cancer Center. This year represents a milestone in my career at Penn. September 1st, I'll be celebrating the 31'st anniversary of the day I arrived on campus, meaning that for the first time I can honestly say….I've spent most of my life here. In those 31 years I’ve witnessed a lot of changes, more buildings, more people, ore traffic, yet there is still a commonality we all share the belief that we are making a difference in the lives of current and future cancer patients. There is a difference this year I can also say I believe that more than ever, thanks to increased use of innovative treatment options such as proton and immunotherapy we are starting to turn the tide in the ongoing war on cancer.
The University of Pennsylvania, the Department of Radiation Oncology and the Abramson Cancer Center have all played a huge part of my life, please help me say thanks, by making a donation to support my ride and the work being done at Penn Medicine.
100% of your tax deductible donation goes directly to the important work being done at the Abramson Cancer Center.
